Riley Traffic Consultants, LLC, is a civil engineering firm specializing in traffic analysis, traffic control plans, and impact studies. Riley was the first traffic engineering firm in the state of Utah to use MIOVISION video traffic cameras, CONEZONE traffic software, and aerial photography to produce visually-based plans.

About Us
Riley Traffic Consultants was founded by Sara Riley Colosimo, PE, and has been planning successful traffic engineering projects for over a decade. Riley engineers collectively have over 35 years of experience in transportation, transit, and roadway design. Our engineers are supported by a team of experienced CADD designers. We are a certified DBE firm.
RILEY is an early adapter for technology in Traffic Engineering. We were the first traffic engineering firm in the state of Utah to use MIOVISION video traffic cameras, CONEZONE traffic software, and first to utilize aerial photography to produce visually based plans. In early 2009 we began utilizing aerial photography, including GOOGLE, the Utah GIS Database and TERRAServer in Traffic Control Plans. Now, UDOT uses GOOGLE aerial maps as a backdrop for Traffic Control Plans for Maintenance (Orangebook) projects in bid documents.
