Riley Traffic Consultants, LLC is a civil engineering firm which specializes in traffic analysis, traffic control plans and impact studies. Our engineers have over 30 years of experience in transportation, transit and roadway design. We are a certified DBE firm in Utah.
RILEY was formed in February 1999, by Sara Riley Colosimo, PE, and
has been involved with successful engineering and planning projects for over a
decade. We were recently awarded the 2008 Best of Salt Lake City
Award in the Engineers category by the U.S. Local Business Association.
